Thankful for My Mom Friends

When we moved to our new home, we weren't moving away, exactly, just moving to a different part of town...a 45-minute-away part of town.  However, we knew no one in this area, and I was definitely looking for some friends.  Thankfully, I found the local MOMS club, and it has been a great thing for me, and for our daughter.  I have some really wonderful friends from the group, my daughter has made some great friends, and am so thankful to have this network of ladies who are willing to reach out and help each other.  It's also fun to have nights out, like last night's Bunco game!  And who doesn't like running into a friend at the local park, or the library, or Target, or elsewhere?  I really am grateful to my friends in MOMS club for making me feel at home here.
