Lately...

It's been a while since I posted, so I have several things to share.  First up are my latest "sweetheart" moments.

My daughter had her Peter Rabbit in her stroller the other day. After insisting that Peter needed a snack, I gave her a carrot for him, explaining that's what rabbits eat!  The following photo shows her care for sweet baby Peter, with his carrot.

Another day, she was exploring our back yard, and I saw her examining the tree pods that had fallen in the yard.  I wonder what she imagined they were?  (Oh, and yes, that is a Princess Belle dress.  It was worn all day- even to the hardware store!)

Finally, what I've been up to!

I had an Open-House, finally, after all these months. It was fun to have some ladies from the neighborhood and friends from church over for a ladies' evening.

 And, finally, my latest Mad Men dress, which I wore to the Open House, with my daughter wearing a vintage some-what matching version. She was so excited and said, "I match my Mommy!"
