Glamorous Housewife Update

Well!  Here they are!  A couple of my Mad Men-style frocks!  (I just love that word, don't you??)




Special thanks to my late paternal grandmother Ruth for the crystal necklace I wore with the green dress.  What a treasure to be able to wear her jewelry! I actually saw this identical necklace on an episode of Mad Men!!! 











I have a dress in my closet that she made in the 60's.  Gorgeous!  I can't wait to wear it this winter!

    You look beautiful! I love your dress, and how special that you have those pieces from your grandma. I'm sure she would feel so special to know that you treasure them so much.
